Responsibilities
Maintain and track all franchise agreements, renewals, and compliance timelines
Partner with Orangetheory Fitness corporate to ensure all franchise documentation and brand standards remain current
Collaborate with field operations to ensure ongoing studio compliance and brand consistency
Manage the lease portfolio for all studios, including renewals, expirations, rent escalations, and critical lease dates
Coordinate with landlords, brokers, and legal partners on lease negotiations, renewals, and amendments
Track and forecast real estate and franchise agreements and support leadership in evaluating market decisions and financial impacts
Oversee studio renovation and refresh schedules, including vendor coordination, timeline management, and budget adherence
Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving operational systems, processes, and communication
Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track project progress, performance, and outcomes
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve cost efficiency, and strengthen operational infrastructure
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or real estate portfolio management, ideally in a multi-unit retail or fitness environment
Demonstrated experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of balancing strategic and tactical responsibilities
Preferred
Working knowledge of franchise operations and lease administration preferred
