Mid LevelPivto Better Learning is seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Contract AI Video Creator / Generative Artist to produce visually stunning and engaging short-form video content using the latest generative AI tools. The role focuses on creating compelling narratives and polished, cinematic final products through the use of advanced AI video models and traditional editing techniques.

Responsibilities
Create high-quality video content (e.g., cinematic shorts, stylized explainers, surreal visuals, character animations) using leading AI video models
Write, refine, and iterate on complex prompts to achieve precise, artistically directed, and consistent visual outcomes
Master the workflow of generating content across multiple AI platforms (e.g., Runway, Pika, Midjourney/Stable Diffusion for assets) and integrate them seamlessly with traditional editing tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects/Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
Maintain visual and thematic consistency across video sequences and within recurring characters/settings, which is crucial for high-quality AI-generated content
Incorporate and design sound effects, music, and voiceovers (using AI or traditional methods) to elevate the final cinematic quality of the video
Produce content optimized for various platforms, primarily short-form video formats (e.g., YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts)
Qualification
Required
Proven Proficiency with Generative AI Tools (Mandatory): Hands-on experience creating high-quality, original video content using leading platforms such as: Text-to-Video/Video-to-Video: Runway Gen-2, Pika Labs, Kuaishou's Kwai, or similar advanced models
Image Generation: Midjourney, Stable Diffusion (ControlNet/Lora/IP-Adapter for consistency)
Advanced Video Editing & Compositing: Strong skills in the post-production pipeline, including: Motion tracking, roto-masking, clean-up, and blending AI-generated footage
Color grading and visual effects (VFX)
Narrative and Visual Storytelling: An eye for strong cinematic composition and a demonstrated ability to construct a coherent narrative from generated clips
Technical Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot common AI generation issues, such as flickering, noise, and maintaining character/style consistency across cuts
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating original and innovative AI-generated video projects is required
