Responsibilities

Partner with leaders across Strategic Operations, Maintenance Operations, Fulfillment Operations, and Test Operations to identify opportunities for operational improvement and scalability
Conduct data analysis using Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Mode, ThoughtSpot, Looker) to uncover trends, diagnose problems, and recommend solutions
Develop metrics and reporting frameworks to track performance and guide decision-making for the organization
Creatively design and stand-up new methodologies for data collection where it does not exist, such as time-studies or surveys
Create documentation to enable consistent scaling & operations
Support special projects across the Strategic Operations team, from process optimization to new initiative launches
Design and implement processes, tools, and systems that improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability across the operations organization
Sample work topics: establishing core metrics for management of maintenance operations, developing project management tools for launching operations in new geographies, building internal tools & systems to track and manage time, cost and quality across the operations organization
Travel up to 20% to work directly with field teams and test sites

Required

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (such as Mode, ThoughtSpot, PowerBI, or Looker)
Experience or interest in process design, operations, or systems building, particularly in high-growth or complex environments
Ability to translate quantitative findings into qualitative insights and strategic recommendations
Excellent written and visual communication skills; skilled at building dashboards, reports, and presentations to tell a data-driven story
Comfortable working cross-functionally and navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving environment
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a bias toward action
Willingness and excitement to travel :20% of the time

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or analytical field (STEM, Economics, or related disciplines preferred)
Experience building custom algorithms, web applications, and other software tools to streamline internal processes
