Catering Administrative Assistant | Seasonal Part-Time | Salt River Fields

The Catering Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Sales Department, Chef, and Catering Manager to prepare, review, and execute catering orders for luxury suites and private party decks.

Responsibilities

Enter catering orders into the POS System

Create invoices and function sheets

Assist customers in placing orders and collecting payments (by phone and e-mail)

Ensure that those orders are communicated to both the kitchen and delivery staff quickly and effectively

Work closely with the Sales Department, Chef and Catering Manager to prepare and review orders for completeness

Work as a team player with a passion for continuous learning
