Responsibilities

Contribute to benchmarking projects by tracking progress and ensuring quality outcomes

Perform EPIC system cleanup and validate data to maintain accuracy and compliance standards

Collaborate with the Commercial team to deliver precise benchmarking and financial reporting

Support project coordination and assist with process improvement initiatives that drive efficiency

Rotate weekly among specialty groups such as real estate, construction, and others to learn about diverse client needs and industry operations

Participate in client meetings to develop communication skills, understand expectations, and build strong professional relationships

Required

Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in a program related to one of our host departments (Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management and Insurance)

Interest in insurance-related roles; involvement in insurance clubs or Gamma Iota Sigma

Students anticipated to graduate in Spring 2026, December 2026, or Spring 2027

Previous work or internship experience in a professional services or similar environment

An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to problem-solve, think critically, and provide creative solutions
