ClearCaptions, LLC is dedicated to improving the lives of seniors and their caregivers through innovative communication solutions. They are seeking a Part-Time Field Sales Technician who will be responsible for setting up and troubleshooting devices, training customers on their use, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the lives of seniors with hearing loss.

Responsibilities

Setup and troubleshoot ClearCaptions’ devices at our customers’ homes
Courteously train customers on how to use ClearCaptions’ devices and their features
Must provide excellent customer service and adapt to unique needs of individual customers to meet business requirements
Assist Business Development Managers with lead generation activities as needed
Complete service/repair calls as assigned
Accurately maintain customer records in Salesforce
Complete required reports and feedback on customer interactions
Maintain adequate inventory of equipment and supplies to service customers in a timely manner
Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Current, valid driver's license, clean driving record and a personal insured vehicle
Ability to travel up to 95% by automobile in the assigned region, up to a 50-mile radius
Willing and available to work flexible hours, weekdays typically between 9am-6pm, optional weekends depending on scheduling availability
Work from a local home office equipped with high-speed Internet
Proficient computer skills and basic use of the internet
Comfortable working with seniors and people with health conditions or impairments
Must be reliable, punctual and be flexible in constantly changing environments
Excellent people and relationship building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment
Demonstrated ability to use discretion, make sound decisions, and maintain confidentiality
Proficient in MS Office, modern communication tools for virtual teams (i.e., MS Teams)
