Responsibilities
Leverage our exclusive bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system to empower customers to find their perfect mattress based on 18 measurements and personalized recommendations
Provide a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving customers' lives through sleep solutions
Utilize state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and the bedMATCH system
Assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles
Reset the showroom floor as needed
Meet and interact with customers to understand their needs
Qualification
Required
Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles
Provide customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through sleep solutions
Use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and the exclusive bedMatch system

Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs
Preferred
Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages
