They are seeking Machine Operators for their Cutting Department to operate digital die cutting machines and ensure quality control of printed materials.
Marketing & Advertising
Responsibilities
Operate Zund cutting machines to form printed materials to customer specifications
Perform Quality Control (QC) procedures to meet Company standards
Perform maintenance of Zund machinery and equipment
Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning of machines at beginning of each shift
Qualification
Required
a high school diploma or GED
the ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
pay close attention to details on every project
have basic computer skills, including ePace and Google
be self-motivated, a fast learner, and show initiative to seek out customer and corporate needs
plan, prioritize, coordinate, and manage your own work
have the ability to work independently, make decisions and solve moderate level problems independently, effectively and creatively
complete projects accurately within deadlines, while meeting Company quality standards
apply effective time management and self-management skills
understand and maintain the confidential nature of the company, employee and customer information
able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing
willing to admit when you make a mistake (it happens to the best of us)

Preferred
previous work experience in printing, print operations, cutting, or machine operations a plus but not required
