Responsibilities
Primarily accountable for retaining and expanding specific clients identified by local management, typically working on behalf of a Producer who developed a book of business that generates $1.5MM in annual revenue for Gallagher or more
Responsible for driving the overall client strategy in order to meet/exceed client expectations/growth goals and leveraging knowledge of the clients to manage this book of business, which includes renewals and growth of existing accounts
You’ll lead the way in managing client relationships and ensuring their needs are met
By developing strategic plans, you’ll help clients achieve their goals while contributing to Gallagher’s growth
You’ll collaborate with teams across the company to resolve issues and deliver exceptional service
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years related experience required
Appropriate licensing required (L&H)
Ability to travel up to 25%
Preferred
The ability to explain complex issues simply, whether in writing, over the phone, or in presentations
A knack for managing competing priorities and using technology to stay productive
A collaborative mindset and the ability to engage in meaningful conversations with clients
