Responsibilities

Design CCTV and security systems for Tier 1 customers that align with specs and standards

Develop clear, scalable AV and automation layout drawings for pre-install coordination

Create and maintain accurate CAD markups of all system types (security and AV)

Validate and revise documentation post-install to ensure alignment with field outcomes

Own documentation and configuration standards across customer design packages

Communicate directly with internal teams and occasionally with customers to clarify design requirements

Proactively escalate discrepancies, missing data, or inconsistencies before they delay field work

Maintain clear version control and file management across projects
