Responsibilities

Reviews and assesses applicant resumes, conducts phone interviews, and communicates with candidates daily
Works collaboratively with TADM, TA team, and Corporate HR to support a best-in-class recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers
Uses proactivity and attention to detail to coordinate and track an extensive amount of applicant data in a timely manner
Supports a robust, year-round campus recruitment effort, including providing support and maintenance of a sizeable summer internship program
Supports Regional efforts to establish Hensel Phelps as an employer of choice in all areas of the TA process

Required

Bachelor's degree preferably in human resources, organizational leadership, business administration, business management, or similar field of study
3 years job-related experience as a talent acquisition or recruiting professional or combination of equivalent education and experience and/or combination of equivalent education and experience
Demonstrated experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced recruiting environment
Experience working collaboratively and effectively with hiring managers
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong verbal and written communication
Impeccable attention to detail
Experience leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems
Strong observational and analytical skills
Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook)
Ability to travel, including occasional overnight stays as needed (estimating 15%)

Preferred

Knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint, Power BI a plus
