Responsibilities
Manage audits from start to finish—scoping, planning, fieldwork, testing, and reporting—while documenting processes, assessing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
Lead evaluations of operational and business processes by conducting risk assessments, reviewing workflows, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
At least 3 years of internal or external audit experience
Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and experience evaluating operational and financial processes
Demonstrated ability to independently plan, execute, and oversee audit engagements
Exceptional attention to detail paired with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience preparing and refining audit plans, programs, and reports
High ethical standards and a commitment to professional integrity
Ability to balance multiple projects with limited supervision while keeping teams informed
Proficiency with audit software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
Preferred
CPA or CIA preferred (completed or actively pursuing)
familiarity with Oracle is a plus
