Responsibilities
Manage operations for review and enforcement strategies applicable to Google Play’s policies
Demonstrate core process knowledge to improve workflows and operational workstreams
Build deep policy knowledge and product expertise to implement, execute and iteratively improve enforcement operations
Lead complex projects involving multiple-stakeholders with the ability to improve abuse detection systems and mitigate user harm
Partner closely with stakeholders across Trust and Safety and other cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Business Development and Legal
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cyber-security, or related fields
Preferred
Experience in building robust scaled operations, efficient workflow design and process documentation in a Trust and Safety environment
Experience in fraud investigations and policy enforcement operations of digital content
Knowledge in data analysis, complex problem-solving and efficient execution
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally across various levels
