The role focuses on helping clients navigate retirement planning, providing comprehensive financial advice, and building long-term relationships with members through virtual meetings.

Responsibilities
Conduct 4-6 virtual member meetings per day to help them achieve their retirement goals by acting as a financial life coach, motivating them to take action to progress their plan
Deeply focus on pre-retiree/retiree issues, including Social Security claiming strategies, Medicare options, coordinating income sources (pensions, annuities, portfolios), and estate plan integration
Build trust and credibility in order to foster strong, long-term relationships with members remotely and provide a consistent, high-quality member experience with each interaction
Motivate members to take action on any appropriate recommendations, emphasizing the importance of integrated solutions like tax-optimized investment withdrawals as a core part of their retirement plan
Effectively and ruthlessly manage your calendar, time, and other tasks to ensure efficiency
Qualification
Required
CFP® designation
15+ years of member facing financial planning experience with a significant focus on pre-retirement and retirement planning
Exceptional follow up and typing/written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build connections with members
Flexibility with hours to accommodate member meetings 2 nights per week
Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn in-house software and tools
Exceptional time and calendar management skills – this is one of the biggest keys to success as a Facet planner
