Responsibilities
Lead New Product Development programs from ideation through commercialization
Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Quality, Operations, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance and market readiness
Establish and track project-level KPIs aligned with program objectives
Own project planning, progress tracking, and status reporting
Manage deliverables across functions and facilitate decision-making on scope, budget, schedule, and product quality
Drive Agile practices as project leader and scrum master
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Electrical, Biomedical, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering)
Hands-on engineering experience developing new products from inception to launch
Proven project management experience leading medium-scale NPD programs, preferably in software or integrated systems
Familiarity with Agile methodology and industry certifications such as PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent
Hands-on experience with SaMD and Physical Product., I.e. HW
Preferred
Master's Degree in a technical field
