Responsibilities

Support senior bankers on a broad range of transactions, including IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, debt financings, and mergers & acquisitions

Prepare detailed client presentations and transaction materials

Conduct financial analysis and build financial models for various industries and transaction types

Assist in the development of marketing materials and pitch decks for clients and prospects

Interact directly with clients during presentations and transaction execution

Manage multiple concurrent projects and contribute effectively as part of a high-performing team

Required
