SAAS Account / Sales Director (Houston, Texas)

The role involves building executive-level relationships, leading consultative sales cycles, and driving revenue growth through strategic engagement.
Responsibilities
Build and strengthen executive-level relationships through strategic engagement and value-based discussions
Lead consultative sales cycles, aligning cutting-edge SaaS solutions to board-level objectives
Drive revenue growth through exceptional qualification, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline. This will be with both existing and new logo customers
Partner cross-functionally to deliver customized presentations, ROI analyses, and business cases that demonstrate measurable impact
Maintain detailed records of pipeline activity, ensuring accuracy and visibility across teams
Consistently exceed performance goals while fostering trust, integrity, and long-term client partnerships
Qualification
Required
8–15+ years of proven success selling enterprise software solutions (SaaS experience strongly preferred)
Deep understanding of strategic and consultative selling methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman, Sandler, Challenger)
A strong record of achievement in complex, multi-product environments
Executive presence with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivation, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, but real-world results and drive matter most
