Responsibilities

Lead monthly deployments and upgrades of the ITOM SaaS suite across 20+ global data centers, including AWS GovCloud (IL4 and IL5)
Oversee semi-annual upgrades of services like Victoria Metrics, OpenSearch, Redis, and Kafka across AWS, Oracle, and Google Cloud
Migrate customers between ITOM instances, apply hotfixes, implement change requests, and resolve service requests
Remediate monitoring alerts, drive automation initiatives, and establish repeatable, reliable processes that scale

Required

8-10+ years of experience in a DevOps role
Bachelor's Degree in a related field; certifications such as ITIL, MCSE, VCP, AWS, GCP, OCI are a plus
Ability to obtain US Secret Security Clearance
Strong experience with Kubernetes, including Helm charts
Proficiency in Shell scripting (absolute must); additional scripting/automation experience with Python and Java is desirable
Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and Spinnaker, following best practices
Solid knowledge of Terraform (must-have); Ansible experience is a plus
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and project management tools (JIRA)
Experience with AWS (including GovCloud), Google Cloud, and Oracle Cloud
Proficient in AWS managed services such as Kafka, OpenSearch, ElastiCache, and Postgres/RDS
Basic knowledge of networking concepts
Experience with monitoring tools such as Kibana, Fluentbit, Clickhouse; knowledge of Victoria Metrics is a bonus
