Responsibilities
Identifies and explores opportunities for expanding or improving current services. Looks for ways to approach both team and organizational goals
Serves as a key liaison and strategic leader in managing the health system’s relationship with an NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center. This includes fostering collaboration, aligning clinical and research initiatives, and identifying opportunities to enhance cancer care delivery across the market
Defines and analyzes work flow and processes to improve efficiency and increase patient, physician, and associate satisfaction
Routinely communicates the organizational mission, vision and goals with team members, encouraging them to take ownership and be engaged in the organization’s performance
Demonstrates timely and effective communication skills in daily interaction with team members and others
Seeks to proactively improve the quality of the services provided by focusing on the mission and core values of CommonSpirit Health
Qualification
Required
Master's or Post Graduate degree
Minimum 5 years in responsible hospital operations at the administrative leadership level
