Source, quote, pitch, close, retain, and grow client business
Manage pricing, vendors, sourcing, and client expectations
Develop recurring client relationships, not one-offs
Support Jet Card, referrals, and partnership opportunities
Strengthen brand presence through digital and client-facing engagement
Work alongside operations, not as operations
Qualification
Required
Has active UHNW, family office, corporate, or VIP client relationships
Closes charter trips consistently while protecting margins
Understands client psychology, luxury expectations, and relationship capital
Operates with discipline, commercial intelligence, and urgency
Uses digital platforms to enhance client reach and brand presence
Works independently and thrives in a performance-driven environment
