Parkview Health is seeking an Information Services Intern to support their IT team at Parkview Regional Medical Center. This position provides hands-on experience in technical support, system maintenance, and other technology-related tasks, while offering valuable exposure to IT operations.

Responsibilities

Assisting with technical support, system maintenance, and other technology-related tasks
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Responding to service requests and supporting end-users with technology needs
Assisting with server and network maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
Installing and updating software applications in compliance with organizational standards
Participating in projects such as hardware replacement and upgrades for existing Windows 10 devices and Wyse Terminals

Required

Must be a current undergraduate college student or graduate college student
GPA of 3.0 or above
