Responsibilities

Providing end-user support to promote EHR efficiency and improve end-user experience with Oracle Health solutions

Cultivating client relationships to achieve adoption objectives and influence and obtain stakeholder buy-in for behavior change planning, coordination, and delivery of a variety of external client conversion and adoption projects

Analyzing and interpreting end-user experience data to achieve success

Maintaining a broad understanding of Oracle Health solutions by learning design best practices, core team deliverable services and evaluates the best way to engage with each client
