Responsibilities
Develop and own the product strategy for the Clinical Note AI Agent to drive continued growth and global expansion
Ensure the Clinical Note AI agent provides measurable business value across customer bases, including Emergency Departments, Inpatient settings, and 18+ specialties across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia
Serve as the principal product manager for Department of Defense (DoD) and Veterans Affairs (VA) relationships, ensuring the product meets agency requirements and delivers value
Partner closely with the EHRM documentation team to ensure seamless integration with the new EHRM system, and with the reimbursement team to align DQI agent capabilities with documentation standards
Monitor competitive landscape to drive differentiated features and ensure product leadership
Manage a team of 3-4 direct reports, with the potential to grow as the team scales
Lead a team that defines product specifications and or strategy
Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications
Envision and communicate product strategy and functionality
Initiate and foster relationships with other groups
Review product documentation and collateral
Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities
Qualification
Required
8+ years proven experience as inbound product leader having launched products and leading product managers
Experience leading products or AI initiatives in clinical or healthcare technology environments
Demonstrated success in driving global strategy and complex cross-functional projects
Strong understanding of EHR systems and healthcare documentation requirements
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills
Preferred
Clinical experience as a nurse or physician with a deep product management skills
Understanding of reimbursement and quality improvement processes as they relate to clinical documentation
Experience with international market expansion in healthcare AI

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
