Responsibilities
Shape RevenueCat Capital from the ground floor. We believe Capital can grow into its own $100M+ line of business over time — figure out how to get us there. This is a true startup within a startup. Nothing is locked in (yet). You’ll define the roadmap, the user experience, and the goals
Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, finance, and GTM teams to bring something entirely new to market. Just shipping software isn’t enough; this effort will require significant support across the org if our ambitious goals will be reached
Qualification
Required
4+ years of product management experience and/or comparable experience in finance
Significant experience, intuition and talent in both product management and finance
Expert in SQL, Looker, Excel or similar data analysis tools
Ability to collaborate closely with the data team
Technical knowledge to work closely and independently with engineering teams
Understanding of core financial concepts such as interest rate, yield, discounting and compounding
Knowledge of business options when needing capital and trade-offs of solutions
Ability to act like an owner and treat the company's balance sheet, product and brand as your own
Comfortable making low-information high-risk decisions
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and iterate quickly
Systems thinking to identify opportunities to automate and build scalable solutions
Attention to detail to ensure all numbers add up
Ability to distinguish between significant and minor deals
