Responsibilities

Generate/document system level launch vehicle requirements, perform vehicle performance assessments, and participate in system level verification/data review activities
Decompose, trace, and verify mission requirements within the designated requirement tracking database (DOORS)
Interface with program management, engineering staff, and external customers
Lead a team of systems engineers to complete efforts per the systems engineering standard
Travel to support field/launch campaigns, and customer meetings with the opportunity to sit on launch console
Present, and prepare materials for presentation during critical reviews

Required

Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) with 12 years of related engineering experience; OR a Master's degree in STEM with 10 years of related engineering experience, or a PhD in STEM with 8yrs engineering experience
U.S. Citizenship is required
US DoD Interim Secret security clearance, or higher at the time of application
Ability to travel is required
Strong technical problem solving, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong resolve to drive tasks to completion autonomously

Active US DoD Secret security clearance, or higher at time of application
