Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital programs across paid search, paid social, retargeting, display, and emerging channels

Activate digital components of integrated demand initiatives, supporting campaign rollouts, amplifying events, and ensuring strong alignment with broader go-to-market efforts

Partner with Web and Content Marketing to align paid programs with SEO, AEO, and GEO efforts, bringing paid insights into organic discovery strategies

Continuously optimize ads, landing pages, and creative to improve conversion rates and drive more efficient acquisition

Track, forecast, and manage digital budgets with clear ROI and KPI reporting

Build dashboards and communicate actionable insights on performance, pipeline impact, and channel efficiency

Test and evaluate new digital channels, tools, and AI-driven marketing technologies to engage AI-native audiences and expand reach

Manage external digital agencies to ensure high-quality execution and strategic alignment

Qualification

Required

6+ years in B2B digital marketing, preferably within SaaS, cybersecurity, or AI-native/digital-first tech companies, with a blend of agency and in-house experience

Expertise in paid media, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, and retargeting

Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and curiosity around AEO/GEO, with an understanding of how organic and paid strategies can complement each other

Hands-on experience with analytics, tracking, attribution, and measurement tools (e.g., GA4, Looker, UTMs, pixels), with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations and communicate business impact to leadership

Proven ability to run experiments, optimize funnels, and improve conversion rates

Strong collaborator, with experience managing agency partners and working cross-functionally in fast-paced, technical environments
