Responsibilities

Ensuring the quality standards and applicable codes are met through completing inspections, design reviews, testing operations (mechanical) and troubleshooting
Deliver specialized support services towards mechanical testing support for electromechanical equipment (e.g. Low Voltage Switchgear, Switchboards, etc.)
Test and inspect the mechanical aspect of Switchboards, Panelboards, and Breakers to applicable standards (UL1558, UL891, IEEE, UL50, UL67, etc.)
Preparing finished units for shipping (packing, sealing, labeling, etc.)
Perform inspections/audits of mechanical assemblies while maintaining all the related records and reports
Understand and train ISO Quality Requirements, Product Safety Requirements and JHA
Performs other work as advised by Supervision
Interact with various of departments and customers routinely

Qualification

NFPA70E certificationMechanical testingSAP ExperienceBlueprints/engineering drawingsBasic computer skills

Required

3+ years in a manufacturing environment
Ability to pass NFPA70E certification; training will be provided by Siemens
Speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language along with Blueprints/engineering drawings
Basic computer skills and use of basic mechanical/measuring/inspection tools
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

High school diploma or equivalent
SAP Experience
