Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain clean, efficient code – primarily using Python and SQL – and implement enhancements to improve scalability, performance, and resource efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into well-structured technical solutions
Support standardized coding practices, centralized scripts, shared data sources, and documentation for version control and quality assurance
Leverage modern data management and cloud tools to support scalable system architecture
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills throughout the code and process development lifecycle to ensure accuracy and maintainability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics or a related field
1 year of relevant work experience in a related field
Proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with additional programming languages or tools is a plus
Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and interest in learning about data management and cloud technologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality and reliability
Ability to tend to multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing needs
Preferred
Knowledge of financial and/or private markets is a plus
