Responsibilities
Overseeing and managing all aspects of the Honda Exclusive Shop (Impian X / BigWing) set up projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to design and construction specifications, maintaining dealer shop facilities, proposing improvements and budget monitoring
Drive the long-term vision for improving dealer facilities, ensuring alignment with corporate branding and operational goals
Develop strategies for improving dealer shop performance through continuous renovation and updates
Enhance the operational framework for the dealer network, ensuring quality and consistency across all Exclusive Shops
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with suppliers and contractors to maintain efficient and cost-effective project execution
Forecast annual budget required for new setups and maintenance for dealer shops
Calculate and track overall costs incurred for each project, ensuring adherence to budget
Monitor expenses for all setup projects and improve budget accuracy monthly and quarterly
Ensure project timelines are followed closely to avoid delays in shop set-ups or maintenance
Act as the window person between Dealer, Designer, Suppliers, and Contractors to ensure the completion of Honda Exclusive Shop projects on time
Review, monitor, and work closely with designers to complete bubble diagrams, 2D, 3D, and construction drawings on time
Maintain good relationships with suppliers or contractors and identify new potential ones to support nationwide projects
Propose new ideas for enhancing the appearance and improving the functionality of dealer shop facilities
Translate and execute new directions or requirements related to Exclusive Shop CI from regional or head office into BSH dealers’ network
Monitor and follow-up closely on Exclusive Shop renovation progress and related tasks
Take care of tools & equipment inventory, including transportation arrangements for Impian X shops (especially shipping to East Malaysia)
Assist Impian X dealers in claiming Impian Fund for their shop maintenance
Process signage, furniture, or tools & equipment warranty cases or repair requests for BSH dealers
Responsible for final inspection and issuing invoices upon project completion
Monitor dealers' list due for Level Up and repeat the project management schedule accordingly for each shop
Undertake any other reports, projects, tasks and duties as assigned by superiors from time to time
