Qualification
Required
Licensed to practice law in Florida (or eligible for reciprocity)
Excellent communicator who listens deeply and explains clearly
Self-starter eager to take initiative and help lead local growth
Values teamwork, accountability, and service to the community
Preferred
2+ years of estate planning or elder law experience preferred
