Support the Director of Labor Relations in negotiating, administering, and interpreting the University's collective bargaining agreements
Provide timely counseling, advice, training, and guidance on labor-related matters such as policy and procedure development, performance management, workforce support and engagement, contractual wage and hour matters, conflict resolution, mediations, arbitrations, and labor laws
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
5 - 8 years of work experience
Advanced Oral Communication Skills
Advanced Writing Skills
Preferred
Juris Doctor or master's degree in labor relations
