The Junior Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst will support Government and Cydecor FMS Subject Matter Experts with administrative FMS programs, including the development of work products related to FMS cases.

Responsibilities

Assist the FMS team with development of input to the Monthly Status Report
Assist with the development / production of administrative documents, power point presentations and spreadsheets required for the management of FMS initiatives
Attend meetings in person and virtually. Take, edit, and distribute meeting minutes
Maintain electronic files in accordance with filing architecture
Ensure effective quality control of all FMS team products
Identify process improvements and make recommendations for improved efficiency
Assist FMS team and other PMS 408 personnel with general administrative and programmatic matters as assigned

Qualification

FMS program experienceMicrosoft Office proficiencyAdministrative tasks experienceDoD/DON environment experienceBA/BS degree

Required

Command of Microsoft Office suite of applications
1 year performing administrative tasks within, preferably within a DoD / DON environment
DOD Secret Clearance

Preferred

1-2 years working on FMS programs, preferably Navy
DON/NAVSEA experience preferred
BA/BS degree in an administrative or management field, International Policy or related International Program degree is a plus
