New GradMobilelink is a dynamic, growing, equal-opportunity employer seeking a Corporate Instructional Design Intern. The intern will be responsible for creating virtual training courses and assessments, utilizing Articulate Storyline to design and publish engaging learning materials.

Exceptional writing skills, including proper grammar and punctuation. Conversational, captivating, and concise writing in active voice preferred
Apply adult learning principles and best practices throughout the production process
Creative in graphical design to clearly convey concepts and lead a storyline
Create content and materials for professional online courses and training store teams
Revise and update existing materials
Translate project goals and objectives into a storyboard
Project management: make a reasonable project timeline, from inception to completion, and stick to it
Effectively communicate with subject matter experts, including executives and managers
Flexible to shift among projects as priorities change
Articulate 360 experience beyond converting PowerPoints into online modules and use of cartoon characters
Creating and publishing training courses using Articulate Storyline
Running different training reports
Assisting in New Hire Orientation/Registration
Assisting in any other Training department needs
Qualification
Required
Current Junior or Senior in College
Basic knowledge of Articulate Storyline
Exceptional computer skills
Availability to work up to 25 hours
