Lead the end-to-end migration from ServiceNow to ManageEngine
Collaborate with IT leadership, process owners, and operational teams
Qualification
Required
Prior experience leading migrations from ServiceNow to ManageEngine (highly desirable)
Knowledge of automation, orchestration, and scripting
Experience with CMDB structuring, discovery tools, and asset lifecycle management
Preferred
ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 certification
