The successful candidate will manage the execution of risk rating model development and work with various stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project success.

Responsibilities
Works closely with M&A leadership, internal team, and external service providers to manage and maintain Risk Rating model development Project Plan tasks, milestones, timelines and deliverable and helps with Resource Assignment planning as needed
Identifies dependencies and risks within and outside the project and facilitates development of resolution strategies before the identified risks become project roadblocks
Set meeting agendas, tracks action items; provides consolidated weekly status updates, helps draft Internal and External stakeholder communication
Report the project and budget progress to the Integration Management Office (IMO)
Maintains and analyses group’s vendor budget M&A and provides monthly reports to senior management on the budget status
Manages the performance, training and evaluation of any assigned junior staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Risk Management or Analytics in the Financial Services industry, and management role
OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Risk Management or Analytics in the Financial Services industry, and management role
Preferred
Post graduate degree
Quantitative discipline or other related fields
Understanding of one or more of the following - credit risk modeling, risk ratings and/or credit loss forecasting
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to craft appropriate communication for effective internal and external stakeholder management
Excellent organization skills to manage near and long-term deliverables
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Project and Visio
Knowledge of one more of the following is a plus - risk and controls framework for Operational/SOX controls, Agile principles, Tableau
