Marketing & Communications — Graphic Designer + Website Manager
Westminster Schools of Augusta is seeking a creative and skilled professional to join their Marketing & Communications Department. This role focuses on visual branding, graphic design, and website content management, playing a vital part in communicating the school's mission through engaging visuals and storytelling.
Education
Responsibilities
Design and manage print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, posters, event campaigns, social graphics, programs, and promotional collateral
Maintain consistent brand identity across all internal and external communications
Update and manage website content through Finalsite (or willingness to learn)
Assist in the development of school-wide marketing initiatives, enrollment campaigns, fundraising visuals, and seasonal promotions
Create engaging visual content for social media, newsletters, and school publications
Collaborate regularly with admissions, athletics, and administration for project flow, deadlines, and message consistency
Maintain organized design archives and deliverables for long-term access and continuity
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Strong graphic design experience, including layout, composition, color theory, and branding
Ability to manage multiple projects, work under deadlines, and communicate clearly
Excellent written communication skills and high attention to detail
Preferred
Familiarity with Canva for quick-turn design work
Experience using Finalsite (or similar CMS) for website updates
Photography and/or video editing abilities are a plus
Experience in marketing, public relations, or school communications is beneficial
