Responsibilities

Evaluate, assess, prioritize, plan and implement targeted improvement efforts around all priority external quality programs and evaluate new/upcoming rating/ranking agencies
Collaborate with UCM cross-functional teams on all efforts to align and ensure achievement of UCM goals
Direct responsibility for organizing clinical and administrative structures to implement plans for improvement of external metrics and priorities
Collaborate with team of clinical documentation nurses and quality program leads to drive UCM quality goals
Develop, implement and lead enterprise program management and structure that support the goals of performance for UCM
Achieve approved targets set forth by leadership

Qualification

MBAMHAProgram managementHealthcare experienceChange managementData analysisCommunication skillsCollaboration skills

Required

MBA, MHA or equivalent experience required
Bachelor degree required
Minimum 5 years of progressive program management/leadership experience within a Healthcare organization demonstrating leadership, strategic thinking, and responsibility for operations
At least 10 years of relevant experience in a Healthcare organization
Demonstrated success with change management in a highly matrixed organization
Ability to analyze information, present data, and draw conclusions by applying analysis techniques, using data to drive positive performance
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

Experience leading service line programs is highly desirable
Knowledge and experience with US News & World Report and other external rankings and ratings program requirements (CMS Stars, Leapfrog, and Vizient) and those specifications are highly desirable
