Coordinates and supports daily surgical operations within the orthopedic OR service line by identifying opportunities to streamline case flow, reduce delays, and improve first case on-time starts

Participates in audits, quality initiatives, and implementation of evidence-based practices specific to orthopedic surgery

Communicates equipment, supply, or process concerns to leadership and participates in improvement planning
