Responsibilities
Source and close new commercial real estate accounts (property owners, managers and developers)
Maintain relationships with clients, carrier underwriters and wholesale partners
Review statements of value (SOVs), rent rolls, loss runs and policy documents (training provided)
Collaborate closely with account managers to ensure exceptional client service
Maintain a steady pipeline and meet or exceed growth targets
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication, relationship‑building and organizational skills
Self‑driven and goal‑oriented; excited to specialize in commercial real estate
Holds (or can obtain) a General Lines – Property & Casualty license
Preferred
Sales or insurance experience preferred
Commercial real estate knowledge a plus
