Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact between operations, business, technology, and finance departments to ensure clear communication and collaboration on critical cash management matters like settlements and clearing
Lead and mentor a team that focuses on managing the daily cash requirements and settlements of DriveWealth and its clients
Oversee cash settlements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
Analyze and explain changes in cash positions, identify trends and provide insights to relevant stakeholders
Mitigate risks and implement efficiencies associated with cash management activities, ensuring compliance and best practices are maintained
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in finance
5+ years of experience in treasury and/or cash management
Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 99/7 licenses
Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders across all levels from peers to senior leadership
Demonstrated ability to develop and enhance cash management processes
Proven leadership capability with a track record of driving cross-functional collaboration at scale
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
Ability to be in the NY office at least 4 days a week
