Responsibilities

Provide technical and operational support to the Account Executives and Family Office team
Provide marketing and servicing support for the insurance needs of personal accounts
Demonstrate proficiency in personal lines coverages and services
Organize and manage time effectively to meet internal deadlines for the team
Construct and prepare summaries and premium comparisons
Process supporting endorsements, Certificates, Identification Cards when necessary
Remarket accounts and understand company guidelines to help Account Executives place expanded business and remarkets
Support the AE’s understanding of market pricing concepts and overall impact
Compile, analyze, and interpret financial information and data to facilitate decision-making
Understand and execute oral and written instructions from the Account Executive and Department Manager
Effectively delegate internal tasks as appropriate and understand when to involve others
Demonstrate interpersonal communication skills and the ability to interact with Associates at all levels of responsibility
Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to obtain information and with company underwriters

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field
At least 2 years of progressive experience working for an Insurance Broker in Personal Lines, specifically supporting teams managing high-net-worth clients
Ability to work Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Authorized to work in the United States
