Responsibilities
Source, screen, and vet candidates for industrial and construction-related roles
Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, interviews, and candidate placement
Document candidate activity and maintain accurate records in Bullhorn (preferred)
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Ensure compliance with company and industry standards throughout the hiring process
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year recruiting experience
Knowledge of construction trades and industrial roles
Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and networking
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred
staffing agency experience
Bullhorn experience
