Responsibilities

Manage a book of high-net-worth and mass-affluent client relationships, delivering comprehensive, fiduciary financial advice
Oversee and mentor junior advisors, support advisors, and financial coaches
Partner with the investment management team on asset allocation, rebalancing, and portfolio strategy
Collaborate with operations to enhance workflows and improve the client experience
Lead or participate in business development initiatives, including networking, client acquisition, and referral cultivation
Contribute to firmwide process improvement, innovation, and technology adoption
Model leadership in client service, compliance, and company culture
Support and occasionally present at educational events, webinars, or client workshops

Required

CFP® designation required
10+ years of comprehensive financial planning and client-relationship experience
Proven success in sales, networking, and business development
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Collaborative leadership style with mentoring experience
Comfort using modern financial technology and CRM platforms (Advyzon, eMoney, HubSpot, etc.)
Commitment to fiduciary principles and client-first values

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
