Responsibilities
Build an understanding of our firm’s mission and values as well as product offerings in the respective distribution channels
Initial training is both formal instruction and on-the-job, and includes broad capital markets, AB products, services, procedures and policies
Conduct competitive analysis for the team to generate data for our clients to use to monitor and adjust investments
Create sales messaging around macroeconomic, asset class and sector, and competitive factors to facilitate sales conversations
Projects to help the team be more efficient and effective
Qualification
Required
Spring 2027 Bachelor's degree candidates in business, finance, economics, data science, math, liberal arts, or similar program
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
Eligible to work in the US, without sponsorship
Strong analytical and communication skills
Detail-oriented, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player and self-starter
Client-focused with a high degree of professionalism, motivation, and initiative
Interest and intellectual curiosity in learning about all aspects of the retail investment management business and capital markets
Experience demonstrating attention to detail as well as a foundational understanding of Excel and Powerpoint
Candidates must be available to work full-time from June through August
It is not permissible to simultaneously take academic classes or hold other employment that will conflict with the internship schedule
Selected candidates will need to successfully complete a thorough background check
Please note that if given a full-time return offer the start date would be July of 2027
