Support and enhance the Appian platform
Perform hands-on Appian development
Manage and promote application changes across environments
Provide direction to DIR personnel on updating user-facing documentation
Work closely with subject matter experts to identify user needs and translate them into effective system configurations and customizations
Customize and configure the Appian Platform
Work with users to understand requirements and requests for changes and ability to translate them
Address issues and enhancements in the production environment
