Write estimates, order parts, and manage the full repair order process
Master our proven systems like the Warm Welcome, Fond Farewell, and Phone Process
Keep pace with a fast, fun, customer-first environment
Qualification
Required
Automotive industry experience with strong sales skills
Deep understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair recommendations
A professional, genuine, and customer-focused approach
Ability to multitask, lead a team, and communicate clearly
A valid driver's license and a drive to succeed
