Responsibilities

Help define and execute the partnership strategy aligned with business goals, including segmentation and prioritization
Partnership Development - identify and prospect targeted introducer partners that align with our strategy
Coordinate the preparation of proposals and presentations/pitch materials
Nurture and manage ongoing relationships with partners to ensure mutual value and long-term engagement
Work collaboratively with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Development to integrate partnerships into the business model and ensure operational success
Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of each partnership using KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue contribution
Support co-branded marketing campaigns, industry events, webinars, and content initiatives that activate and promote partnerships
Keep up to date on Credit/AR industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities in the insurance space

Required

Proven experience in business development or partnership management, ideally within SaaS, Order-to-Cash, or B2B sectors (5+ years)
Strong commercial acumen with experience building value-driven relationships
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at multiple levels
Comfortable with CRM systems and partnership tracking tools
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
