Responsibilities

Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in Chandler Fab Etch equipment area
Troubleshooting and repair of electrical and electronic systems
Troubleshooting and repair of pneumatic, vacuum, and mechanical systems
Scheduled maintenance
Consumable changes
Various other activities relevant to the success of the area
Complete documentation
Train others
Effectively communicate using written and verbal skills
Stand for long periods of time (up to 12 hours)
Physically able to perform required tasks which may include stooping, crawling in confined spaces, and lift/carry objects up to 50 pounds

Required

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in Chandler Fab Etch equipment area
Effectively execute tasks required to maintain toolsets within the following types: Applied Materials Centura MxP/MxP+/SuperE, Applied Materials DPS, DPS II, LAM 4420/4520i, ULVAC Enviro II, Optima, Gasonics 3500 & PEP 3510 Ashers, Axcelis/Fusion Gemini DUV Photostabilizers, Applied Materials Metals Endura 5500's and Centura 5200's
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic systems, pneumatic, vacuum, and mechanical systems
Perform scheduled maintenance, consumable changes, and various other activities relevant to the success of the area
Have a solid understanding of SPC, 5s, FDC systems, and demonstrate problem solving skills
Interface with other internal and external groups to ensure all safety, performance, and reliability requirements are satisfied
Complete documentation and train others
Effectively communicate using written and verbal skills
Stand for long periods of time (up to 12 hours)
Be physically able to perform required tasks which may include stooping, crawling in confined spaces, and lift/carry objects up to 50 pounds
Work compressed shifts, job openings on either days or nights may be available
Specific knowledge of semiconductor maintenance job functions is required

Preferred

AA, AS, AAS, in electronics or other industrial engineering related discipline is preferred
Education along with experience or military training may satisfy formal education requirements
