Responsibilities

Assist clients with their family law matters
Handle 4 to 5 cases every quarter
Draft and respond to motions
Work independently on an assigned caseload while upholding timely billing practices
Maintain a record of billable hours
Respond to client’s requests via email or phone call within the same day
Maintain a flexible work schedule based on client deadlines

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience practicing Texas family law
Licensed and in good standing with a State Bar of Texas
Must have an excellent work ethic, articulate, efficient, have analytical and interpersonal skills, and excellent writing skills
Must respond to client's request-email or phone call within the same day
Experience in drafting and responding to motions
Be able to work independently on an assigned caseload while upholding timely billing practices
Prior experience in maintaining a record of billable hours
Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule based on client deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
