Interns will gain hands-on experience, collaborate with professionals, and work on impactful projects in a fast-paced environment. The role involves assisting the Cloud Development team in automating infrastructure management and improving customer support processes.

Responsibilities

Assist in deploying customer environments using automation tools

Support automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency

Review alerting systems, perform root cause analysis, and identify trends

Participate in incident resolution and escalation processes

Assist with provisioning new builds and resizing requests under supervision

Update and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and knowledge base articles

Engage in cross-functional projects, including migrations, upgrades, and cost optimization initiatives

Qualification

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or graduate-level degree in a relevant field of study, such as computer science, computer engineering, information technology or a related discipline

Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher

Undergraduate students preferred (graduating between Winter 2026 and Spring 2027)

Prior internship experience is beneficial but not required

Ability to communicate effectively when presenting solutions and to deliver technical documentation for enablement

Familiarity with scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) and Infrastructure as Code concepts and DevOps practices

Knowledge of monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with Git and branching strategies

Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and tools (Terraform, Azure DevOps, etc)
